After battling with togepi constantly it will evolve into togetic now to make things easy have it hold soothe bell while battling trainers and to make things easier buy protein, iron, zinc, carbos, calcium and hp up and give them all to togepi to make it more friendly. To get a soothe bell first get the itemfinder then go to Pokemon tower then head upstairs until you reach where mr fuji used to be stand in the exact spot where he was and use the itemfinder you will dig up the soothe bell.
