Yes. You can exchange Wonder Mail to any version of Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of... But you can't trade Wonder Mail S to Time or Darkness.
Why won't wonder mail codes work on explorers of darkness?
Are you using Wonder Mail S codes? Because - correct me if I'm wrong - those only work in Sky. Otherwise, if you use a cheating device (e.g. Action Replay) you might have accidentally messed up your game. Wonder Mail codes work fine in my Darkness game.

i don't have explorers of sky but i have time and their sort of the same. you go to the menu and you go wonder mail you press receive mail then password and you type it in!:)
