It does not, it's just because the damage of the weapons has been improved, so that makes it easier to kill/easier to die. Plus there is no Juggernaught, so if you used that in Modern Warfare or World at War, then you might be too used to it being on.

Plus reflex is rated T for teen when the regular one is rated m for mature. lastly the campaign in reflex is completley different than the regular modern warfare along with the multiplayer -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- your not right about the ratings at all. Reflex for the Wii is rated M and the one for the DS is rated T, because of the fact that little kids will pick it up and there parents don't want there kids to play rated M games. Also the story mode is the same the game is just a little different for the wii. that is why its called Reflex --AMHlocal----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------also modern warfare is the best game ever made its still the best selling game
