No - as is stated on 'Exodia the Forbidden One' itself, the automatic win is declared when all five parts are in your hand, not on the field.
If they duel as it happens in yugioh and exodia gets all five pieces of himself in his hand at once, exodia. But if they were battling, like in pokemon, mewtwo would win for home advantage.
The effect is that you'll win automaticaly if you have all 5 pieces of exodia in your hand.
Yes... you can Special Summon Exodia the Forbidden One by discarding him and using Monster Reborn, but you will not automatically win the duel. Exodia's effect will only work when it and the other four pieces of Exodia are in your hand.
Exodia is called the forbidden one, because it is extremely powerful. It can grant you an instant win if you have all 5 pieces of it in your hand!

I'm Afraid Your Question Is Too Vague, But If And When You Get All Five Pieces Of Exodia In Your Hand Or Field, You Win
You cant if someone has every part of exodia on the field they instantly win .....
As he states on his card, the instant win is declared when all the pieces are in your hand.
No, you automatically win the game. There's no summoning involved, and 'Exodia the Forbidden One' itself does nothing if on the field.
The 'Exodia the Forbidden One' clearly explains how to use its win condition effect, it requires you to have the card in your hand, along with the four Forbidden One limb cards. There is no automatic win to be gained just with Exodia's head, nor any win that can be claimed by summoning the parts to the field.
no Exodia's power is unlimited so Ra can only commit suicide with phoenix mode
To get Exodia you have to have Exodia The Forbidden One, Right Leg Of The Forbidden One, Left Leg Of The Forbidden One, Right Arm Of The Forbidden One, and Left Arm Of The Forbidden One. Then, Exodia will appear on the field with 1,000 ATK and DEF points. You will win automatically after that.
exodia cause his effect is once all his peices are in your hand un win:)

In the anime series yes because Exodia's power relied on Shimon (or Yugi's grandpa 5000 years ago) so a god card has way more power than a human being. In the TCG/OCG no because if your opponent has all three Egyptian God Cards on the field and you have the 5 pieces of Exodia in your hand you win the Duel because Exodia's effect does not change no matter what card your opponent has on his/her field.
