I did but i used it, but you could go on EBay and buy a code or Amazon they still have some prestige editions left.
Rezurrection DLC will include the 4 WAW maps Nacht der Untoten, Verrückt, Shi No Numa, & Der Riese along with 5 new maps including zombie map Moon
Buy a microsoft points card and redeem the points and download the maps?
For the Playstation 3 go to the PlayStation Store. Rezurrection costs $15 at the Playstation Store

They are not sold as a DLC and are only available for individual who purchased new complete editions of the Hardened and Prestige editions of Call of Duty Black Ops.
