No, the Burning Crusade is the first expansion to World of Warcraft and does not require any expansions before it. The Burning Crusade is included into the basic WoW now so you do not need to buy that, just the basic WoW.
Warcraft 3 was recently patched to no longer require the CD to start. World of Warcraft as well as The Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Lich King have never required a CD to start. If earlier versions of Warcraft have not been patched to no longer require the CD, you can download a disc imaging program such as Deamon Tools Lite, create a virtual image of your CD, and "mount" the image to run the game, instead of using the CD.
No, the game does not require the Expansion Pak. The Expansion Pak was not released until after Super Mario 64 came out.
Just like any other expansion or stuff pack, you need The Sims 3 in order to play The Sims 3 Supernatural.
No, the Sims 3 Seasons and all other expansions are stand alone and that do not require any other expansions. However, if you use Seasons in conjunction with Supernatural, you receive the Weatherstone as well, giving you the power to control weather.
Money earning and other game mechanics are altered on private servers which are not affiliated with Blizzard or the World of Warcraft game and as such it would require someone familiar with the particular server you play on to be able to answer your question. I suggest contacting whoever owns the server or their representatives.
Yes it does.
No - all WoW addons require registration ($) and the previous addon: WotlK requires The Burning Crusade, The Burning Crusade requires a registered version of WoW.

Unfortunately if you want 3.3.0 (or 3.3.2 as of this post) WOTLK will be mandatory, as that patch number requires and is built for it. If you want only the Burning Crusade, you'd have to find a server that had the highest patch number for that expansion. Hope this helps.
In order to play on World of Warcraft: Lich King, or Burning Crusade, or Cataclysm, you are required to purchase and install all previous versions of the game. The reason for this is simple - Only World of Warcraft is a stand alone game and all the other ones are expansions to this. It is possible to download all of these games for free from the Blizzard website or through CD's or DVD's already in your possession, but in order to play you must have an active account which will require unique CD keys for each game as well as the monthly subscription fee. You do not need to own or install any of the Warcraft games, such as Warcraft III or Warcraft: Reign of Chaos in order to play World of Warcraft.
"Defense of the Ancients" cannot be installed, as it is simply a map file for Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos/The Frozen Throne, like Hands of Sorrow Knight, Battletanks, etc. You require Warcraft III and its expansion installed first.

With a full client (whether a CD or installed via a download) you have access to all features of WoW, including leveling to level 60 (70 with Burning Crusade, 80 with Wrath, 85 with Cataclysm) and all content you can reach. However, the game does require a subscription to run, meaning you have to get an active subscription or buy game cards to keep your account running. If you do not pay this, you lose access to the game until you do.
