If Flip Summmoned or flipped by an effect, Morphing Jar #2 will shuffle itself into deck as part of its own resolution.
If flipped by an attack and destroyed by battle, Morphing Jar #2 will not return itself to deck - monsters considered destroyed by battle are unaffected by effects that try to return them to hand or deck from the field.

Monsters considered destroyed by battle cannot return themselves from the field to hand or deck. If Fiber Jar was considered destroyed by battle, it will not shuffle itself back into deck even though its on the field while the effect resolves. After resolution, it will go to the graveyard.
