He got killed from himself(a clone of him stabbed him in the back) Uh, that's the Dark Side ending which is noncanon. The actual ending was he decided to spare Vader's life and walked over to an unconscious Juno and held her in his arms and when she came to, they finally kissed again. Later, Kota and Juno have a holographic discussion with Princess Leia saying that once the Empire finds out that Vader has been captured, several ships will be launched in order to confuse the Empire as to which one is the actual one to follow. Later, Starkiller confronts Vader who is held on the Rogue Shadow and claims that whether or not he really was a clone, he let Vader live and has finally broken his hold on him. But as he walks away, Vader tells him that "As long as she lives, I will always control you." Starkiller pauses, but doesn't reply, then goes to the cockpit where he and Juno share a moment before heading out somewhere. But they are unaware that the bounty hunter Vader hired to track down Starkiller, Boba Fett, is following them
You have to buy it on Xbox Live. It's the first Xbox Live premium content for StarWars BattleFront II I'm pretty sure it's about $4.99. The add-on includes new Hero characters & four classic levels from BattleFront I. The Battlefront II premium package includes Jedi Kit Fisto and the evil Asajj Ventress as playable heroes, as well as maps from the original Battlefront: Yavin 4 [Arena], Bespin [Cloud City], and two on Rhen Var [Harbor and Citadel]. Each now offers Conquest, Capture-the-Flag, and Assault modes. So, how cool is that; you get to play as a Hero on almost every level in the game! Falling in Between Live was created on 2007-08-17.
There's no way to answer that question. There will be a Starwars TV series on SHOWTIME in 2009 but it will be set between Episodes III and IV. Basically a series about young Boba Fett, and what's Obi-Wan up to, young Luke, Galen Marek and the Rebel's formation. It is possible that a KOTOR Era series will be made in the future though, if the Starwars Live Action Series is a success.
