no you need to first go to pacifilog town and surf to the left navigate through the water to find a spot in the middle of nowhere where you can dive down, dive down and find the rock with strange lettering this is braille, it says to use dive here, use dive and you will reach a hidden cavern, put a wailord first then relicanth last in your party and read the rock the caves where the regis sleep are now opened, if there is another rock before the wailord and relicanth one then it says to use dig in front of it.
