There is one type of video game system that includes excercise... the famous Nintendo Wii. It has motion system coming from the "sensor bar" and is very nice to play in winter, because even if it is freezing cold outside, you can still get excercise... but some Wii games aren't even physical at all, and is just pressing buttons and watching the screen.
