It's all about personal preference. I say watch YouTube reviews before buying them to get better insight on the product.
It depends on the game and your personal preference. KontrolFreek's only improve grip and help control aim better to provide better performance for you and to help reduce fatigue; they don't have any effect on how quickly you are able to look around or move while aiming. In most games, especially shooters, it's usually best to up the sensitivity as much as you feel comfortable with because it allows you to turn faster and aim quicker. So generally, up it as much as you can while still being able to have good control. A high, controllable, sensitivity while using KontrolFreek's for a better grip will definitely improve ones shooting game.
