Well, from all the episodes I've seen from 'Sinnoh Leauge Victors' I haven't seen Brock kiss anyone. But from 'Galactic Battles' I still haven't seen Brock kiss anyone, and from 'Black And White' I don't even think he's in the show! So my answer is; No, Brock has not kissed anyone, but he has tried to but his attempt at trying get killed by one of his Pokemon which uses one of it's move which is poisonus and stings Brock! So poor Brock may never date or kiss anyone D: :(
