Yes. The Forbidden/Limited list does not restrict the use of cards mentioned for casual players. They are strictly for reference and the cards listed under "Forbidden" cannot be used (or are "forbidden") in official (Konami, Upperdeck Entertainment, Shonen Jump, etc.) sponsored tournaments or duels.
you cant
You need to have 90.00% of all cards in the game to unlock a feature called banlist, with allows you to use 1 Forbidden card in your deck, but there is no way to use forbidden cards as normal ones.
there is no top 10 yugioh cards. its about how you use them, but if you could name a specific type of yugioh cards like dragons machines etc.. then i could be of more help
They wanted to show off newer cards.
either trade from nightmare troubadour or use an action replay (don't know the code though)
you cant
You might be referring to the Forbidden cards that have a small red circle with a slash going through located in the top-left corner of the card. Once you obtain 90% of the cards in the game, you will unlock the "Up to 1 Forb Card" Forbidden/ Limited Card List that will let you use one Forbidden card in your deck.
Yes, you are allowed to own or get cards listed on the Forbidden List. If you are following the Advanced Format, then you are not allowed to use those cards in a duel.

There is no way to put forbidden cards in a deck for a tournament. If the cards are forbidden then you can't use them its as simple as that. But keep an eye on the lists some cards may be taken off the forbidden list and you can then use them.
As long as the card is not on the forbidden list, then you can use it in a tournament. There is no set rotation, cards from every set are legal.
Take out duplicates and cards that you cannot use or do not have the cards required.
A ban card in advance tournament is almost useless but from time to time, UDE changes the list for you to use them again. However, in traditional tournament, you are allowed to use ban cards but you still have to follow the limited and semilimited list. For Egyptian god cards, there are not made to play in Yugioh tournaments due to their powerful strength. It's basically just made for marketting a collection for Yugioh Fan collectors.
they are the same the more moder cards are spell cards and the older cards are magic cards they are both useable
Yes you can use it. it has not been banded or restricted at all, you can have 3 of each beast in your deck if you chose. The current forbidden/limited list is here: http://entertainment.upperdeck.com/yugioh/en/gameplay/forbidden/advanced_current_new.aspx

Yes, and usually it is fine to have three of the same monster card. Some cards are forbidden, meaning you are not allowed to use it in Advanced Format (the format tournaments are run in). Some are limited or semi-limited, meaning only one or two per deck. But if the card is not forbidden or Limited in some way, you can use three in your deck.
