No, you can't. It's just not supported yet. When the bluetooth microphones come out you will be able to use more than 2 mics.

Will the ps2 mics work on the PS3?
Futureshop says yes but I tried on singstar amped to use my rock band mic and it says singstar usb converter not dected and won't let me move past that. so I'm gonna have to say no! --edit-- I have the SingStar Pop equipment. Dual Mic input USB module. As long as there are 2 controllers plugged in I can do tug of war or any other head to head using the mics.

You can't use the playstation 2 game Singstar on PC because the application is built to run in playstation format.
