Yes under the gameplay category in the options menu it says gore and beside that it says on when you first get it and if you click on it you will see that it turns off. By turning gore off you will not see any blood or dismembered limbs and some of the parts will be taken out. It might also interest you that because they say the f word many times there is an option in audio where you can turn off all swearing in campaign (there is no swearing whatsoever on multiplayer) by muting characters in game.
