Yes. You can get a USB headset to plug into the PS2 (or for whichever system you have). I got one cheap ($13) on eBay and new at GameStop is about $25. I tried it and i heard some voices but they were not understandable. That was probably because the game was PC dedicated. I'm going to try again. So I would recommend the headset. It also works on Star Wars Battlefront. Happy gaming.
