A monster's special summon method can only be used while the monster is in your hand - unless stated otherwise. You can't simply summon monsters like Cyber Dragon or Andro Sphinx straight from deck through their own summoning conditions, they must be in your hand.
No. Destroying Pyramid of Light will only destroy Andro Sphinx and Sphinx Teleia. If you (or your opponent) destroy both sphinxes at the same time (such as through the destruction of pyramid of light), your opponent will be able to special summon Theinen the Great Sphinx, so be careful unless you have a plan to deal with that beast.
No. It is specifically stated on the card lore that it "cannot be Special Summoned except by paying 500 Life Points when both "Andro Sphinx" and "Sphinx Teleia" are destroyed at the same time..."
In the Anime terms, yes it can. Kaiba uses it to remove the three Egyptian Gods from play in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Movie. However, as we all well know, the majority of the anime is fabricated to make the game more exciting. In OCG/TCG terms, no it cannot. It's a continuous trap that allows you to Special Summon either 'Andro Sphinx' or 'Sphinx Teleia' at a cost of 500 Life Points each. When 'Pyramid Of Light' is then destroyed, the two sphinxes are also destroyed, allowing you to Special Summon 'Theinen, The Great Sphinx'. The straight forward answer is no.
Assuming the monster doesn't have any special text which explains how to summon it, then a 10 star monster just requires two tributes, because Lv7+ monsters need two. The Earthbound Immortals and Andro Sphinx/Sphinx Teleia are Lv10 monsters that are tribute summoned as normal with just two tributes.

Andro Sphinx and Sphinx Teleia can be destroyed with Pyramid of Light and used to summon Theinen the Great Sphinx.
No. The card Pyramid of Light only states "If this face-up card is removed from your side of the field, destroy "Andro Sphinx" and "Sphinx Teleia" on your side of the field and remove them from play." Pyramid of Light has no other effect other than that but you can special summon those 2 monsters by paying 500 LP each if you have Pyramid of Light in the field. This is part of their own effect, usable when they are in hand. It is not part of Pyramid of Light's effect.
Monster Gate can special summon them. They are normal summonable monsters, like any regular Lv8 monster. While there is a way to special summon them using Pyramid of Light, that's only an option - they can be special summoned in other ways, such as Monster Gate.
In the Yu-Gi-Oh movie, it destroys god cards. In the trading card game Sphinx Teleia and Andro Sphinx can special summon themselves when it is in play, but get destroyed when it leaves the field.

Andro Sphinx is a level 10 LIGHT monster, Beast/Effect type, with 3000 ATK and 2500 DEF. If Pyramid of Light is active on the field, Andro Sphinx can be special summoned by paying 500 life points. Andro Sphinx cannot attack on the turn it is summoned, nor can it be special summoned from the graveyard. When Andro Sphinx destroys a defence position monster by battle, damage is dealt to the opponent's life points equal to half the destroyed monster's ATK.
Pyramid of Light, Andro Sphinx, Sphinx Telaia, and Thinein the Great Sphinx.
No. It is specifically stated on the card lore that it "cannot be Special Summoned except by paying 500 Life Points when both "Andro Sphinx" and "Sphinx Teleia" are destroyed at the same time..."
Theinen the Great Sphinx is the third and last Sphinx monster to appear in the movie.
andro sphinx
Andro Sphinx is practically worthless. It was mass printed, and there is next to no demand for it.
