No, There is not a hack. I have tried to use the little gnome people say will pop-up if you do all this crazy stuff, but i never see it. Sorry! The sims 2 castaway for PC works but not for any other system.

ahahahahahhahaha so easy friend Just Put L,R,Up,X,R the repeat it then go to Pier Beach you see it On mine, the cheat gnome appears in every area. I just had to put the cheat in twice, then the gnome appeared. (At the time I thought it hadn't worked, but when I started walking away I saw it not too far off.) So where ever I go, there is a cheat gnome somewhere in the area.

I don't see why you would need nails...? You can use the vines as rope which will be as usefull as if you had nails.

That only works on other consoles such as xbox, ps2, etc. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete at the same time and type help into the cheat box at the top of the screen.
