Wager matches come under the Network but it is available for 2 players to play, if the second player has a minimum of C10 (Call of Duty Coins) then you and the other person can play online with others. This can also be done on normal online play for Call Of duty. The name that comes up for this is whatever your PSN/Gamertag is followed by (2), for example: CallOfDuty this would have a second player under the name of CallOfDuty(2).

How do you get a lot of money on call of duty black ops?
Playing wager matches is the fastest way to get lots of money, but you could lose money as well. Otherwise, just playing standard games online gets you money. also saving is what i try to do I keep about 10000 spare cod points just in case i need them in an emergency or if i join an annoying friend that chucks us into a wager match that i know i cant win (IE gun game )
