The Superflat generator does not spawn ores. It's intended for building on in Creative mode.

To make a superflat world with sand, click "Create New World" in singleplayer and then select superflat as your world type. Click "Customize" and then click "Presets." This allows you to select what kind of superflat world you want. Scroll down and then click "Desert." You can check out all of the other superflat world presets on your own if you haven't done so.
Witch's Hut is only found in a Swamp Biome, it isn't available on Superflat Land Mode.

xbox 360 i just like minecraft 1.6.6. and everything works seeds items anything for 1.6.6 strongholds came out in minecraft 1.8 so sadly not let in to game update said to be coming
As of the time of this answer, no. The current version is like the Beta 1.7.3 version on the PC, and strongholds were not introduced on the PC until Beta 1.8, one version later. The End portal was also not a part of strongholds until Minecraft 1.0.0.

Due to the suitable terrain of superflat worlds, villages are very common It is not unusual to have at least 3 on 1 map or within sight of each other
