No, in Harvest moon DS there is no divorce option. Once you're married, you're together FOREVER, so make sure that you really love her! But in the Cute version there is an event when your husband will demand divorce. Not that this will only happen if his Love Points are 5000 or less, and the divorce will never actually happen. He'll just forgive you and you'll continue like normal.
