His evolved form is awesome i have a wigglytuff, it's good! i think the guy above me is thinking of jigglypuff not igglybuff, to get igglybuff u have to breed a male and female jigglypuff or wigglytuff and their egg will hatch into an igglybuff. Or you can breed the jigglypuff/wigglytuff with another Pokemon in its egg group, but if you were to do this, remember that the jigglypuff/wigglytuff must be a female, or else the Pokemon will turn into the female's species. lol i have a lv60 igglybuff, i gave it the everstone. gonna get it to 100. :-)
