Yes, there is a program called G-Java which converts .gm6 files to Java code, which I believe you can embed on a website.

there is now a game maker version that lets you export to html5 here:

You can download Game Maker 7.0 at the YoYo Games website; http://www.yoyogames.com/gamemaker/try.

Can you publish a game from game maker 8 in your website or you have to publish it in yoyo games?

Most online gaming websites host Flash games, and Game maker's site is the only one I know that will allow users to publish their game. You can create desktop applications, though, and the newer versions of game maker allow HTML5 (I think games along the lines of social gaming, but you probably need pro to use this feature).

How can you embed your GameMaker games into a website?

It is not possible to create a game in the Game Maker and then embed it in the browser unless you completely rewrite it using a different programming language.

How do you put a game maker game onto the internet?

First: save a stand alone executable of your game (file, create executable) 2: To post your game on the official game maker website you need an account on the site http:/www.yoyogames.com3: when you have an account on yoyo games or any other game maker sharing website click on the share button and upload your game from where you saved the executable.note: it is not necessary to create a stand alone executable but if you don't want anyone else to download your work and be able to edit it then i suggest you do.
