Yes you can. First you need to catch a wurmple or silcoon the pre evolved forms. You can do that after you obtain the national dex. Once you get the National Dex, enter a the bug catching contest on Thursday. You'll have 20% chance of finding wurmple and a 10% chance of finding silcoon. Wurmple comes at level 24 to 36. Silcoon comes at level 25 to 36. Once you catch it level it up. If you catch a Wurmple level it up two times. If you catch a silcoon level it up one time. Then when it evolves you will get a beautifly. Hope this helps ;)
