Yes but you will need to breed Larvitar or one of its evolutions with either Ditto or a compatible Pokémon that is in the Monster Egg Group and they are Cubone and Marowak, Charmander and its two evolutions, Wartortle, Squirtle, Blastoise, both Nidoran, Nidorino, Nidoking, Lickilicky and its pre-evolution of Lickitung, Bulbasaur and its two evolutons, Snorlax, Kangaskhan, Aron and its two evolutions, Cranidos, Rampardos, Shieldon, Bastiodon, Amaura, Aurorus, Bergmite, Avalug, Slowpoke and its evolutions, Rhyhorn and its two evolutions of Rhydon and Rhyperior, Lapras, Chikorita and its evolutions, Totodile, Croconaw, Feraligatr and Mareep as well as its evolutions, in order to breed Pokémon in order to get a Larvitar Egg, you will need to place it into the Daycare with the opposite Pokémon such as Ditto or in the event of Tyranitar being female then a male Pokémon in the Monster Egg Group could be placed into the Daycare as well.
