Sorry, you can't. if you get your Sim pregnant their hair briefly changes for 12 hours. in the Sim creator look at all the styles and colors carefully. if you want to change your hair because you aged, go to the town hall and one of the options may be "edit my Sim". you can only do this if you aged and havent done it yet.
