You get Mew If you complete your poke dex both kanto and national. go to celadon city go to game freak masion that's right above the slots.and go up three floors there you will see 4 people talk to all of them and the one with brown hair will give you two certificits since you completed both your poke dex. then go to prof. Oak talk to him and he will be glad that you got your poke dex completed so then he gives you a level 70 mew.This is no lie i have one and i don't even know what the action replay is i know what a game shark is cause i have one for my PS3.
