No, you can not but don't give up! if you have Pokemon Diamond and you have Dialga just convert Dialga into Pokemon Black/White. To do it fly to White Forest then go to the left from the Pokemon centre and go through the tunnel to route 15 keep going to the left and then go across the bridge. Then go into the lab then a girl will pop up and will take you to a guy and he will tell you what to do from there. BUT you can only access this if you have all the gym badges. If you do then talk to him and he will tell you what to do, by the way you need 2 DS to do this, basically you can put any Pokemon you want on the game, but you cant convert it back so be careful with your choice. hope it helps :)
You do get the three orbs to catch them from Ghetsis/Shadow triad so.... I think you might be able to.
Or just use Action Replay so you don't have to spend the money to buy another DS or another game, or both. :}

Because you can't trade items from the GenIV games, they needed other ways to get certain items into GenV. Since you can migrate Dialga, Palkia and Giratina across, it's only fair that they can still somehow get their orbs in Black and White.
