yes just go to meteor falls go here you catch bagon run around in the water for squritle and land where you caught bagon and after 20 mins you will catch bulbasaur
you forgot charmander go to lava ridge town and talk to the lady she will give you another egg and go to mauville city and go back and fourth then you will get charmander.
this does not apply to ruby version
you can get any of them if you beat the battle fronteir compleatly
