Yes, there is an end portal in the stronghold, which, if you are lucky enough to have a stronghold in your world, will be deep underground somewhere. Once you find your stronghold, just keep waking around until you find the room that contains the end portal. However, as of January 2013, you cannot enter the End in the Xbox360 edition. There should be an update coming out within the next two months though.
