You should be able to,
Go to your DSi Menu, Settings, Time and Date, Forward to 11:59PM that same day, Then go to your game, Let it load up and when it strikes 12 it should appear faster, Thanks for using WikiAnswers!

In the safari zone you go to the top left hand area there you can capture up to level 17 misdreavus i cuaght seven they are really powerful and can learn perish song which in 3 turns makes the foes Pokemon faint. Good luck. ( you can also change your clack and go to mount silver if you are far enough in the game)(mine is level 46 and it is named missy) I love Pokemon have fun!
