Then get the national dex, go to route 218, use pokerader to get ditto. then put them in day care, wait 10 minutes then come back. If the guy out front of the day care centre does not have a egg wait some more minutes. Then come back and he will have a egg. Hatch it and it will be a level 1 chimchar.
