You CANNOT breed ANY legendaries in the Pokemon games, except for Manaphy. Mewtwo is a legendary, and therefore cannot be bred.
And Bad Eggs are only obtained by using a cheating device like GameShark or Action Replay. They are not supposed to hatch, and won't hatch into a legendary if you hack it open. It could wreck your game.
if you mean breeding a mewtwo, then i don't know but probly not. it has no gender. but if you mean getting a mewtwo from an egg, then yes! breed a latios and latias. you'll get a bad egg. bad eggs hatch into legendaries. you'll have a chance a mewtwo or some other legendary
