Yes they can, but their babies will come out human, not vampire. Also, if you do not have any normal Sims in your house it will be difficult for your vampire Sims to look after their kids as they will burn in the sun.

∙ 12y agoYes, they can have babies, but their babies will NOT be vampire. It is the most difficult parent to have actually, becase the vampires get tired and hungry ALL the time. i wouldn't suggest making your vampire sim have babies.
