Copycat copies the chosen monster's Original ATK and DEF. Ra's effect only changes its Current ATK, not Original ATK, so Copycat will end up copying the ?/? only, which will equate to 0/0 if involved in battle, etc.

Dragon-type Pokémon are weak to Dragon, Ice and Fairy-type attacks. They are pretty much resistant to anything else. If they aren't, their high Defense and Special Defense will usually make up for it. The only Dragon type attack that does not deal double damage to other Dragons is Dragon Rage (always hits with 40 HP).
It can evolve three ways: Hitmonlee (more Attack and Speed, but bad physical defense) Hitmonchan (good Attack and decent defense, lower speed) Hitmontop (Equal Attack and Defense, which are decent, lower speed) It will evolve at level 20. If its Attack is higher than its Defense, it will become Hitmonlee. If its Defense is higher than its Attack, it will become Hitmonchan. If its Defense and Attack are equal, it will become Hitmontop.
No it can not. "Cyber Dragon" + "Cyber Dragon" + "Cyber Dragon" A Fusion Summon of this card can only be conducted with the above Fusion Material Monsters. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. ^^It doesn't say it can attack 3 times.
It evolves at level 20 but it can go into 3 different Pokemon. Hitmonlee- Level20 when Attack is higher than Defense Hitmonchan Level20 when Defense is higher than Attack Hitmontop- Level20 when Attack=Defense
It evolves into Hitmonchan, Hitmonlee, or Hitmontop at level 20. If its attack is higher than its defense, it will become Hitmonlee. If its defense is higher than its attack, then it becomes Hitmonchan. If its defense and attack are the same, its a Hitmontop.
