To help increase your chances go into Life Happiness Rewards you can buy the Fertility Treatment which will increase your chances, but you can have the mother watch the KidZ Zone TV channel and listen to the Kids channel on the radio. If you do them both at the same time you have an even greater chance. Also getting the fertility treatment and doing these things will increase your chance of triplets. If you have your Sim eat three watermelons in a row, she will probably have a girl. If she eats three apples in a row she will probably have a boy. Hope this helps! :-)~ go to the cheat bar (push ctrl shift and C) and type in force twins ( do this after the Sim is pregnant.

Well supposedly its apples for boys and watermelons for girls eg:2 apples=boys and the same for girls... but when i tried it for my sim i ate 2 watermelons and i just had a girl but i think theres a cheat for it Although i dont know what.. sorry i wasnt much help but ill let u no when i find out (:

I havn't played it in awhile, but you may try Adventure Quest. I can't remember if it asks for your email or not, but its worth checking out. Oh yes it does! I never dreamt I would become pregnant with twins. There are no twins in my side of the family. None that I know of. However, at my baby shower, I found out from my boyfriend's family that there were at least 4 sets of twins in his family; his grandmother had twins, his grand aunt had 2 sets of twins and his cousin had twins. It's amazing how science doesn't know everything because my high school friend had fraternal twins and when she found out I was having identical twins she told me that that wasn't hereditary, but obviously it is after learning my boyfriend's family's history.
