A Veteran in Victory Road has a porygon z. to get a porygon z, trade a porygon holding an up-grade (from the eterna galactic building go behind Jupiter to get an up-grade) then you get porygon 2. trade porygon 2 holding a dubious disk to get porygon z. now you have 3 new Pokemon to your pokedex! P.S. i don't know how i got my dubious disk but you get it somewhere along the lines. Also, if you don't know where to get porygon a man in the home northern of the Pokemon center has one. bring space in your party. the porygon is at level 20. I think you get dubious disk when you go into the cave in Solaceon Town where the unknown are
