Yes, there is! While in live mode, press start. Push the L1, L2, R1, and R2 buttons down in unison. A screen will pop up asking if you want to enable cheats. It will warn you that you will not have access to the challenge rewards if you choose to turn it on. However, when you do activate the cheats, there's an option to unlock all challenge rewards. After you enable the cheats, go into build & buy mode. Go to BUY>DECOR>MISC. and place the llama anywhere on your lot. It's free so buy 2 so that you can place one in your inventory so that you have access to the cheats even when you're not at home. To use the cheats you need to interact with the llama statue.
