Yes, there are a ton of them. There are few leading game developing or publishing companies on the East Coast but there are still many companies. You Just need to do a little research. I found a subsidiary of Ubisoft in North Carolina that makes Tom Clancy games. EA games has a subsidiary in Fairfax, Virginia that makes MMORPG's. Epic Games is in Cary, North Carolina.
