For the US version, the answer is no. However, I personally would say yes. There are words used in Scrabble that are from a different language.

For example:

Jefe: Spanish: boss, leader, chief.

Fakir: Hindu: person who practices extreme self-denial for religious reasons.

Faqir: Islamic: a religious person who owns no personal property.

Suq: Arabic: variant of souk; a marketplace in Arab cities.

Cinque: Latin: five

Also, there are Scrabble Board Games that can be played in different languages.
