Are akiza and yusei in love?

Akiza does love Yusei because in episode 71 she gets all emotional and mad when Yusei is kidnapped and Jack says "This Yusei business has you all wound up. If I didn't know any better I'd say you were in love with him." In episode 60 Sayer, disguised as a police officer, tells Yusei "I take it you have special feelings for this girl. Why else would you come to a place like this?" (this is only in the english version). The biggest thing is in the last episode of the japanese version, where Akiza ALMOST tells Yusei she loves him, but at the last second changes her mind. However, Yusei likely knew that Akiza loved him, by his reaction and returning statements in the conversation, most likely also held feelings for Akiza.
