The biggest thing is in the last episode of the japanese version, where Akiza ALMOST tells Yusei she loves him, but at the last second changes her mind. However, Yusei likely knew that Akiza loved him, by his reaction and returning statements in the conversation, most likely also held feelings for Akiza.
