Walk around in grass/caves/ect. to encounter a Pokemon while holding L Down

You should encounter Registeel, catch him with your 379th Master Ball in your ITEMS BAG (Do not use anything else other than this)

Walk around while holding L and you should encounter Regice, catch him with your 378th Master Ball

Walk around while holding L to encounter Regirock and catch him with your 377th Master Ball

If done correctly you should've captured all of the Regi's.
