I think most people grew up with fast food and never realized how many calories are contained in fast food? Because if you think about it, when you go to a fast food restaurant, you never see the nutritional information posted up anywhere. But if you look online and see how many calories a Burger King (for example) meal contains its almost baffling to think why somebody would think that's healthier than any kind of food! lol. I think that some frozen food is healthier for you than others. For example, a Stouffer's dinner or hungry man would be a wee bit fattening. But if you take a lean cuisine meal, you get a lot more nutrition with way less calories, compared to fast food. Of course the frozen dinners usually tend to contain a good amount of sodium, so if you are watching your sodium intake then maybe eat it in moderation. However compared to fast food, frozen food still ends up having less sodium. Also frozen food gives you portion control something that fast food restaurants do not have a clue about.
