Why do we have wine?

Some people drink it to get stoned and forget their troubles and some drink it to celebrate all in all we drink it because we can. But if we are under age and we drink it can have a very bad effect..........V

Wine is a drink best served with food. We have wine because we sometimes want to enhance a sense or diminish another.

There are so many types of wines, sweet, dry, fortified etc. and each one of them complements a type of food perfectly.

So, why do we have wine ? To enjoy the complexity of flavors and aromas, either paired with food or as a standalone beverage drank on a warm summer evening.

The purpose of wine is to preserve the grape, in another form, so it can be stored longer than the original grape could be.
