Burger King is flame broiled and typical contain less grease, but this doesn't mean the fat isn't higher. Burger King may be more real patty but McDonalds contains more variations of soy and so fourth. Even if McDonalds is greaser it might at times be healthier.

McDonald's is synonymously linked to having greasy burgers. This would be due to the amount of oil that they use to cook the burgers or fry the ingredients of the burgers. The greasiness is subjective to each individual.

They don't put any grease in. The grease comes from the fat that is melted when the ground beef, made into hamburger patties, is cooked or broiled. All meat contains fat; ground beef a bit more so because when the meat is grounded, often most of the fat isn't trimmed off before being ground up. Hence the fatty content or grease when the patties are cooked.
