It is located in the Jawlakhel chowk. It is on the left hand side about 20 meters before entering the chowk. There is a small wooden signs that has a symbraro on it in front of the place. On the opposite side of the street, there is a small dirt parking lot/open area. If you take a left at the chowk, you will be near the jawlakhel market. Hope this helps.
