∙ 10y agoIf ur referring to the little measuring cup they include in ur protein powder, it's about 28 grams of powder (which btw equals to about 20 of protein).
How many grams in a tablespoon would be more correct. Flour for instance is about 7 grams per tablespoon, but other powders may differ.
I used a measuring spoon and put one level teaspoon of organic, gelatinized black maca root powder on my food scale. It measured exactly 4 grams.
A tablespoon is 15 milliliters (at least it is in Sweden) so 3 grams is 1/5 of a tablespoon (if you re measuring a liquid which has a density around that of water) If you are measuring baking soda or another powder it is going to be quite different.
