If you eat all of your lunch during the morning and not at lunch time do you burn more calories than eating at lunchtime?
You probably do burn more calories, because your body expects
food at lunch because that's when you feed it. but if you already
ate your lunch, or breakfast or whatever, in the morning, your body
goes hungry and starts burning calories to make up for the food you
would've given it. or, you could just start skipping lunch!
