In 2x08 Little Girl Blues, Big Joe was accidentally smashed by Travis' girlfriend Kirsten. After holding a funeral for him, Jules introduces her new, even larger, wine glass to the group. She names him Big Karl.
While on holiday in Hawaii in 2x21 Something Good Coming, Jules fills up a candle holder from her room with alcohol and calls him Big Kimo.
As a punishment for Laurie, the crew decree that Laurie must drink from the smallest wine glass in existence, Little Richard. He appears in 2x20 Free Fallin'.
