Oneirology
It's called Oneirology :p
The study of dreams is oneirology, so a person who studies dreams is an oneirologist.
I hate to break it to you but no colleges offer it :( Its what I wanna do when i grow up. One of the things you can do is get your liscense as a sleep tech (1-3 years at a tech college) then find a good college that offers Psychology and get your Doctorate with them. Once you have your Doctorate, you can open an Oneirology Clinic or office or whatever and then youll have the credentials to do it.
The cast of Oneirology - 2010 includes: Ian Deleon as Brute of a Man Mimi Gosselin as Mourner Becky Gosselin as Mourner Jon Martinez as Robed Figure Brittany McDonald as Mourner Monika Normand as Mourner Brianna Quinn as Mourner Kara Stokowski as Bunny Jess Sweeney as Mourner Vanna Taylor as Curious Girl
Oneirology, the scientific study of dreams, is a niche field and not typically offered as a standalone degree. However, you can study it through psychology or neuroscience programs at various universities. Institutions such as Harvard University, Stanford University, and the University of California, Berkeley, often have courses or research opportunities focusing on dreams within their psychology or cognitive science departments. Additionally, exploring interdisciplinary programs that combine psychology, neuroscience, and philosophy may also be beneficial.
Sleep researchers study the dreaming mind in sleep laboratories. Electrodes are connected to the heads of volunteers. These electrodes are linked to computers that sense the bioelectric activity inside the brain, indicating the different areas of the brain that are active during different stages of sleep. Researchers also track patterns of "Rapid Eye Movements" (REM) that indicate active dreaming. The volunteers are awakened during specific stages of sleep so they can report whether they are dreaming or not, and can describe their dreams. Researchers also use brain scanning equipment to observe the activity within the brain. Note: scientists cannot see the actual dream images the way the dreamer does, but scientists can observe, measure and track the activity of the brain as dreams occur. See attached links for more information.
Dreams are successions of images, ideas, emotions and sensations occurring involuntarily in the mind during certain stages of sleep.[1] The content and purpose of dreams are not yet understood, though they have been a topic of speculation and interest throughout recorded history. The scientific study of dreams is known as Oneirology. Scientists believe that everyone dreams, but people will tend to forget them when they naturally pass out of sleep through the traditional sleep cycle.
The purposes of dreams are not fully understood, and have been debated throughout recorded history. The scientific study of dreams is known as oneirology. There is no universally agreed biological definition of dreaming. Dreams have been strongly associated with rapid eye movement (REM) sleep. Humans spend a total of about six years dreaming in their lifetime. (about two hours a night.) Most dreams last only 5 to 20 minutes. It is unknown where in the brain dreams originate, what potion or portions of the brain are involved, or what the purpose of dreaming is for the body or mind.

Everybody dreams several times through the normal sleep cycles, whether they remember those dreams or not. Rapid Eye Movement sleep, known as REM sleep, is a part of the sleep cycle most noted for vivid dreaming. When they are asleep but the mind is still fully at work.
